ECOFEST is an exciting (and FREE!) environmental festival that brings together thousands of people to Damrosch Park at the Lincoln Center. The event features alternative-energy vehicles - ranging from prototypes of solar cars to electric and natural-gas vehicles.
EcoFest 2007 is the largest environmental event on the east coast. For the past 19 years, this event has enjoyed a long, successful track record, bringing together private and public sectors on environmental change and its participants benefit from the publicity and promotions. Last year there were thousands of people that showed up and there was national and local press coverage including ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN and more. There are striking exhibits plus an Eco Fashion show.
The Ecofashion show proves that Chic can be Responsible. The show will present innovative eco-friendly designs made of 100% organic and recycled material. Featured Designers include:
